Frequently Asked Questions

Like some of our previous clients, you might be thinking the following in wanting to use our services.
Since the 1950s Operational Consultants have been helping business owners realize their potential. There comes a point at which every business needs help, even if you would prefer to tackle all business matters personally. Although, building a fantastic in-house team is essential, there’s nothing like getting a bit of outside expertise from time to time and find the best solution to a particularly tricky problem. It can be useful to have a third-party’s perspective on matters that require objectivity, or an “extra set of eyes” to verify that no mistakes have been made in a critical process. Consultants supplement a company’s internal staff when needed and are not a permanent payroll expenditure. Even though a consultant’s fees are generally higher than an employee’s salary, over the long haul, the right consultant tends to be a less expensive option to get the bottlenecks removed.

Consultants act as a catalyst for change and to be an objective onlooker. No one likes change, a consultant generally can do things without worrying about the corporate culture, employee morale, or other issues that tend to elicit high emotions and dissension in the ranks. This cripples a business from achieving further growth. An impartial outside consultant is the perfect person to handle such tasks or assist in difficult decisions.

Many consultants are retained as idea starters and innovative thinkers to bring new life to an organization. As a subject matter expert who has exposure to many business models and success stories they provide help to retool or reinvent the business. A consultant may also assist with the day-to-day operations of a new venture as a Virtual Executive (VE). They are able to tap into their network to provide valuable contacts and even share their knowledge so that you can keep growing after they have achieved their objectives.
